Interviewing Child Sex Offenders Course
Keynote Speaker - Joe Sullivan
The Interviewing Child Sex Offenders Course has been designed provide law enforcement officers with the skills they need to interview sex offenders in a variety of contexts. This includes conducting suspect interviews and monitoring the interviews of registered sex offenders.
Delegates will explore the motivation and behaviour of child sex offenders and examine the most effective methods to extract information from people suspected of this type of crime. The course also explores ways of building a rapport with the suspect and addresses the personal skills of the interviewer. In doing so, it considers the significance of speech, terminology and body language in determining the successful outcome of an interview.
An excellent course. The learning that I have gained will be used almost daily
